Our AGM is coming up - some details:
If anyone had been thinking about supporting us on the Trustee Board then do please let me know. It's a really nice way of getting involved and helping us without a big commitment, as well as it being genuinely important for that we have some more independent Trustees who aren't part of the Volunteer teams already and can provide some fresh input and ideas. d. Agree the number of members that may be appointed to the Trustee Board
e. Agree the quorum for future meetings of the Group Scout Council (excluding this

4. Review of the previous year
a. The Group Lead Volunteer’s review
b. Section Reports (Squirrels, Beavers, Cubs, Scouts, Explorers)

d. Receive and consider the Annual Report of the Group Trustee Board, including the
annual Statement of the Accounts
5. Making appointments
a. Appoint members of the Group Trustee Board
